Recaro/Warrenty question

Recaro/Warrenty question
When I got into my car today I noticed on the passenger front seat the blue backing on the seat is not flush with the padding like it is on the drivers seat. There are no open seams anywhere on the seat and nothing is ripped, has this happened to anyone else? Is this a warrenty issue?
