No one wins the Donut!

Got three runs in tonight and none of them good at all . It seemed the track was slow tonight- I didn't see a single car get out of the 13's and there were soem really fast cars there. I anticipated the weather to be in the 50's well it was mid-high 70's.

My Best E.T. was 14.1 with a 60 foot time of 1.992 and MPH of 96.07

The highest MPH came with my first and worst run of the night 97.4. The first run I had 2.2 second 60 foot time but cut that down each run after. I'm pretty sure I'm not launching right. I'm sure I'll be flamed- but what's the best way to launch this car? Also, where is everyone shifting at? I'm shifting at redline.

No flame here from me. Just practice your launch and you should be mid 13's.

Although you might need to trim your A/F. You should be trapping a lot higher than 97 mph with your mods even with a bad launch. Your running too rich.

I made 13.5 with a .5 reaction time. At that time I have similar setup except that i have a stock cat, 91 octane and lower elevation. Not bad for first timer.

Yeah I'm running really rich. I may opt for that flash sooner than I thought. I'm sure if I worked the launch I can get high 13's. I just got sick of waiting in the lines tonight lol.

I agree with the speeds I'm trapping- not good. Too rich. Need flash.

Ahh, I was going to guess 13.1, but it looks like I was way off.

You really need to get tuned with those mods dood, especially for the fuel pump and MBC.

Yes, you were the closest, but unless you guessed it right on- you're a loser just like the rest of them. lol

I know- low 12's... Uhhh no. Not gunna happen- don't care if John Force is driving.

I'll do another one next time I go to the track. I'll have the flash done by then.

no doubt lol... No money for a full standalone or piggyback. So I'm going to do a mailin flash. What do you say TurboTrix or DynoFlash?

Base dyno of 219WHP
Mods/flash of 296WHP

Wow, We have nearly identical mods except for the difference in intakes- and I have the B&B cat delete. So Mark did the custom tune on yours? I wish I could get a custom tune instead of the mail in- there's just not enough EVO's to get a group together.

All you have to do is give them a list of your mods. I told him mine and he flashed it...didn't really have to really tune much and it was done.
