Well, I took a ride in the EI Evo today, and the seats are definitely snug. I'm 5'10" 170lbs, and as long as the new seats are bolstered on the sides, bigger will be better. It was tight, even with me in the passenger seat, and I didn't have a steering wheel between my legs. So, I who have been critical of a lot of the waterering down Mitsu has done, thinks it's smart to have slightly bigger seats.

Seriously, I'm sure part of it was just the fact that my car has no bolstering on the sides, and the Evo obviously does. And I said SLIGHTLY bigger. Maybe along the snugness of M3 seats, sans leather.
I'm not saying I couldn't get used to it..it was just my initial impression of things.

yeah its a good thing they enlarged the seats on the 8 kus alot of the reviews on the evo8 would be "not comfortable" "too small" "tight" blah blah blah...sucks for the little guys though -=oP hehe i always change the seats on my car to accomodate my smaller frame hehe.
