Hi, I would like to share a good experience I had with a salesperson in Bill Jacobs Mitsubishi in Joliet IL. His name is Vance. It started around this Aug. when I decided to buy a MR. I went to Bill Jacobs got a deal for 200 under MSRP. There were none of the run around answers that I got from other dealers. A $500 non-returnable down payment was deposited. In mid. Oct. right before my MR came in, I got a great deal for a 05 GSR from another dealer. So instead I purchased the GSR. I told Vance about the GSR. Without too much argument, he agreed to give back my deposit. I just got my check in the mail(They screwd up my mailing address). If I had to buy another Evo. I would go to Vance.
