I'm using the HKS downpipe which fits perfectly
Oh wow thats good news, no one had ever confirmed if in fact the hks down pipe would fit the MR. I had once called a tech at hks and asked if they knew, but they hadn't even tested it on the MR yet.

So with the hks down pipe on, no rubbing or pinging from the under braces? Also did you have to use extra washers to make it clear?

No washers needed for the under braces, no noises.

Another suggestion for item #7 would be to substitute the Greddy V-SPL FMIC. You can get those for around $700 shipped. It is a little more than just the RMR piping kit, BUT comes with new intercooler piping and the larger FMIC. It is missing the upper IC pipe, but you can get that as an added piece if you like. The fitment is very good. I highly recommend it. Sorry about the hi-jack.
