Were those colors allocated to you or did you get a chance to pick?

 

I just got off the phone with my dealer and he said that some dealerships will not get any Evo's for the first 2 months others will get 1 and the bigger ones will get 2-3. My dealer is getting 2. He also said that they can not choose what colors they want Mitsu is just assigning them colors and options. So good luck to everyone in getting what they want.

 

They told me the same thing. They are pending on what they are getting and get back with me this week sometimes.

 

I did not get a chance to pick or I would have certainly changed one of those reds to silver. It is a 2003 model, BTW. I guess getting four for the first shipment must mean we are doing pretty good. We regularly place number one in our district and few months ago we finished 8th in the country. All our CSI and SSI scores are good so I hope the trend continues.

Someone on another thread brought up a good idea. We need to start a thread or something so people who've already put down deposits on cars can swap places if they don't get the colors they want. Like if somebody in Chicago is stuck with getting a yellow one when he wanted red, and somebody in Kansas City is stuck with red, then they can swap. May have to hire a transportation service, or go on a road trip, but it'd be worth it.
