MR FQ400 top gear time (forget the other thread)
Guys I tried that "taking off from 30mph" thing in 5th gear in my Evo. Even with lower gearing than the 6 speed, the car was bogging out at about 1,500 rpm. What freaking car with a top gear able to hit over 150mph has enough torque at 1,500 rpm to really get on it? I would like to have seen how that 200mph Lamborghini would have done in 6th gear @ 30mph as well. There is a reason we don't just have one gear! The $hitheads on top gear, as funny as they are, just LOVE to bash the Evo for some reason. And come on, he couldn't handle the twin disk clutch, yet he's able to do one finger drifts? I sense a little dishonesty here.

i think it's funny that he'd complain about stalling out on the fq400's twin plate clutch, but not mention the trouble it is to get a triple-plate clutch going on some of the other cars they've had on that show (ie carrera gt)
very disappionted about the FQ400 after watched the vid ............it's more like a track car ............ not a car u can drive in cities(i feel like i can't do anythings w/ this car) ......... (fast don't really mean nothing)......lambo is better ........
