Evo Trade in???
Fred, if you have a budget perhaps considering a boxter S or C32 amg would be a good choice for the $. Even the M5 has depreciated since the newer model is coming in. That should be one of your choices as well.
my local dealer was gonna give me $19,000 for my black evo 03 with only 1750 miles... I drove 200 miles away and they gave me $23,000 and 34,000 for the mr versus my local dealer that was going to give me 36,000
Well it depends on the market. Most dealers will not pay whoelsale blue book for your Evo. The reason being the cars a very expensive to smog and safety. Your looking about $2000 just ot change the brakes and tires. also if your at the 30,000 mile that meens all the fluids have to be change. that **** is not cheep. all in all in a deal was to take your car in for trade. they would have to spend anywhere from $3,000 to $4,000 just to get it ready to sell on there lot. Most dealers I know will give your aroung the amount the autions are selling them for. I know here in Cali a good condition 2003 Evo goes for $19,000 to $23,000 depending on how many mile are on them. If you got $21,000 I suggest you take it unless you want to go through the pain staking task of selling it on your own.
