Where did this come from????

Where did this come from????
Ok guys so yesterday I got in to my car and there was a fuse sitting on the floor underneath my steering wheel. It's a 30. I guess I knocked it out?I don't know...But when i looked under the dash the were only 2 spots (that i saw) for 30's and they were in where they were supposed to be...Anyone have ideas??? Everything seems to be working fine expect my headlight (green indicator on dash) doesnt work..
