Either one of these two options:

1) Your dealer does not know how to look at their allocation.
2) Your dealer is an idiot.

Allocations always come on Mondays and every dealer had theirs on Monday.

my dealer got allocation info but claims they won't know the options on the car (sunroof/spoiler) until they get the invoice or the car itself. Anyone else hear this?

More crap. It should say it right on the web page that allows you to accept the allocated cars.

Option 1 is a non-starter because if the SM doesn't know how to look up his allocations, s/he could never order a car. Any car.

2 isn't likely either, and here is why. This particular dealership was probably not included in the first round allocation. Not all dealerships are getting EVO's and not all dealerships that are getting EVO's were allocated cars in the first run.

Actually alot of midwest and east coast dealers do not know their allocations yet. Mostly because they weren't included on the first allocation and won't know even if they are getting an allocation until the end of december.

In the Cincinnati area not a single dealer in the tristate knows their allocation yet. Looks like we won't see any evos here until at least march allocation.

My Dealer here in MA said that they are getting 10 or so but no specifics yet. I am #4 on the list and 1st in line for a silver EVO.
According to him target price is 29 or 30K.

I was under the understanding that all dealers would get at least 1 if they wanted in the first round... perhaps I was mistaken?

DistantTea,
That is not true. I live in Cincinnati and know the allocation of every dealer. One dealer is getting 3 (black, red, blue). One is getting 2 and another is getting 1 (yellow). That is for first allocations..they will get more as the year goes on.

You were mistaken. Not every eligable dealer gets one in the first round.
