Boost solonoid question

Does anyone remember what port goes to the WG and the otheport to the turbo outlet? I'm trying to figure out whats wrong with my HKS EBC, and it sucks only boosting to 12psi. Kinda feels like I'm driving a Metro.

the selenoid has 2 nipples the one on top is to the MAF, and the one closest to you is to both the turbo outlet and the wastegate
