Roarfilter Intake..

i just bought this intake...it makes pretty big claims.... it looks pretty nice and made out of carbon fiber..... and retails for $300... i got a discount from the owner thats why i bought it... until recently i read some old post that the owner is a completely a *******... he blew up so many customers vehicles and ran away from it...but the posts was in 2002...anyone used it? ROARFILTER INTAKE? ..i feel like i been jacked... there website is www.roarfilter.com ... its pretty broken... anyone heard of this?

its a intake..it should come with a hard pipe...i didnt pay $300..i got a discount

i heard some really harsh review from the owner...he used to work for subaru..then went off to do his own thing...

ohh those are made for accord with the smaller opening..EVO VIII is huge.....

i just recieved mine custom made carbon fiber roar intake...i havent installed it...i'll update on how it is... it claims it makes around 16 hp at the wheel.... 30 day money back guarentee..? so... heres pic of it

Sorry that looks like a piece of shixx. the foam on the inside will come out and go into the engine. same problem as the hks rs. Also this is like a No name brand. not K&N, injen, aem and etc.. Alot of cheap foam and It doesnt look like it will breath very well not alot of intake space/smaller opening looks pretty cheap. dont want to knock ur thing, but giving my honest opinion and it really is not worth messing ur engine up. U can try to sell it or just take it at a 200? dollar loss instead of a whole engine. I bought a K&N from my dealership for like 230 and it works fine and has cool metalic blue piping and I hear the bov and turbo spool. And best of all if it messes anything up then its not my problem. Best of luck and hope u make a wise decision that u wont regret later

im going to install it and try it.... its a rather new brand...it won some award on best intake on BMW sumthin.... if its not what saids to be...im selling it...
