Found BOV disconnected,

I found my MR DV valve disconnected, and I think it was like that for a couple of days, I know that it can lean out because of unmeasured air, but is there someway I can check if something was damaged, or does anyone know the likeliness of me blowing my engine due to this.

if its leaking itll make you run lean. if its disconnected youll get turbo backspool. u put it back on so you should be ok. if you want to be sure pull your intake and spin the impellar shaft putting presure on it and see if it binds. should spin free. but have a little play in the shaft

Compressor Surge. Compressor surge is known to wreak havoc on a turbo, inducing shaft play.

Shaft play. If it is severe, it will not give a good seal and will end up leaking under high boost, or leaking oil or water into your exhaust track.

I'm sure you'll be fine, if you didn't notice it while driving when don't worry.

I don't think shaft plays gonna be there unless your boost surge was horrible.

I would check the turbo for the shaft play, just wiggle a bit to see it. I highly doubt that it's there on a fairely new turbo.

make sure that things connected securely.
