I visited seriously 5-6 different dealers before my last. Just be patient and stick firm with a price you want! I waited and came out on top! I drove 80 miles for it, but its worth it to save $2000+!

 

until we found the eblue evo here we were either going to fly to miami, fl or portland, or to get one.


i also hate it when dealers lie. today i got a call from Big 2 in mesa, az stating they have a "graphite gray evo 8" (supposedly was ordered & customer backed out) & a silver evo 8 going for $38 & $36k. they then said that there are no more evo MR's on the west coast. what a liar! Mark Mitsu (where i got the eblue 1) has not 1 but 2 MR's & they are only 20-30 min away from Big 2.

the best thing is calling BS on their lies and/or ignorance... always fun

 

Not to mention, the evo 8 doesnt come in graphite grey so if they are saying they have a graphite grey evo 8 and no MR's they are lying to you right there...

congrats man! I got my 05 GSR with SSL last week for 500 under invoice, but only because I had a $500 loyalty rebate..... I'm of course breaking her in, so nothing noticable over my 03 yet...... you're going to love this car!

Usually the 3rd price or 2nd call dealers give you is their best price (invoice if not a a little lower).

Hey Soon2BEVO, I just picked up my '05 electric blue with SSL package this morning and drove it a lot today (second Evo got in accident with first '03). I noticed my car does the same thing yours does at low speeds and makes the noises and jerks the car bad and in fact it stalled on me today when I was turning sharp in the parking lot at a low speed. My '03 didn't do that, it's really weird and my only complaint as well. So anyway, let me know when you take it to the dealership and let me know what they say b/c I hope there's something they can do about it b/c I would hate to put up with that all the time.
