Would it be alright if we were to use MOTUL 90 PA gear oil?

The Mitsubishi Diaqueen SAE 90 is semi synthetic or fully synthetic?

OK
I just got my car back with new transfer case yesterday.
Drove it for maybe 2 miles and noticed a strange -metallic sound (buzz).
It is kind of quiet sound.
Comes on at different speed.
At over 50 mph it is hard to hear it because it gets loud in the car but it is there.
At lower speed it comes on and off. Sometimes it is louder than before.
You would think that there is something loose somewhere – like a loose screw in the middle of something.
Obviously I think it comes from a TC because that was the only thing dealer was working on.
When I take my foot off the gas or accelerate the sound comes on and off.
It really appears at any speed but I hear it best at around 25mph.
What do you think it may be?
What could go wrong?
Does a TC need a brake-in?

Thanks for your help guys.
