Lightbulb biggest bang for the buck (insight please)

i know this has probably been covered and im just not finding it in the search but, i have an mr stock right now and i am looking for the biggest bang for the buck.
I dont have much money, and dont want to do cams, so what do you think the best mod would be that possibly i could uninstall or not if i have to go to the dealership?

Its gotta be the exhaust or a ecu tuning, however I wouldn't do a reflash before all the pipings tho.

you shouldnt reflash before you put your mods on?? Is this because the reflash is tuned to what you have on there? I am getting a reflash right now, and then when it gets home i have exhuast to put on it, and i asked the people doing the flash if I have to reflash it afte ri get my mods done, and thye said no..it automatically recognises it???

if you wanna do this socal dr gray style then you want intake (optional) turbo back exhaust, you can make your own (just buy piping and get someone to weld) or if you are tryinna build price no object car (but very slowly since you don't have a lotta money right now) then just get a tbe of your choice, mix and match a ti catback with a shop's dp etc... make sure you look for single piece dps with flex sections (which would effectively make it three piece technically, bu tyou don't want a buncha welds all over you know?). and then after you got that you could get an mbc but that's also not that necessary plus it won't eliminate your taper... the stock turbo will always taper. then get yourself a fuel pump 720 injectors and an safc. wtih a given combination of these mods you can see 350 awhp especially since you are running the larger hot side nozzle.

With tbe+intake+mbc+flash/safcii+05 evo=350awhp/tq easy on dynojet. With 350awhp, not much can take you on the road.

I think the best first mod is TBE. Not really expensive, since there are systems out there for under a grand, and still result in a big power gain. I agree that a reflash is the best for the buck, but once you do other mods, you may need to reflash again. Seems kinda pointless to do reflash first if your doing other mods later on.
