Hallman pro rx heavy spring
Hallman pro rx heavy spring
I am going to install the hallman pro rx MBC do i have to use the heavy spring with the ceramic ball or i should use the light spring. I would like to boost 19.5 to redline.
With the mbc full close i read in some post that i should boost about 11 pounds. aprox., how many full turns do i have to move the knob to reach 19.5?

When you order the hallman rx pro it came with the heavy spring installed or with the light.

if you order it from www.boostcontroller.com it comes with the light spring installed, but also has the heavy spring for an easy replacement / switchout

It will come with light spring installed. It only takes a minute to put in the supplied heavy spring though. I couldn't even get to 19lbs with the light spring. You'll definitely want to install the heavy spring..
I'm using the Defi-D gauge.
I try today again to boost over 19 PSI with light spring, and I'm still stuck at 19.5 now. I check everything, no leak or whatever. Boost keep to 19.5 PSI all the way.
So I guess no leak problem.
