ok i posted b4 about my accident, dat happened on dec.4th. now its jan. 27th still i have no evo. i got parts for it but no car. its not the dealerships fault for taking so long. its da other person's insurence. i don't know how they can't find the dealer ship its right down the street from them. now its in the repair shop. i told myself the slightest bit of a vibration i am bringing it back. i werk in a bmw shop and there are people who complain about the cars they have and end up getting new ones??? should i complain and make the other insurence pay for a new one for me? please help me if you can. i tried to sue for her to pay the first month but my lawyer said he tried but lost a case like this in the past. so what would you do?

 

I thought you're suppose to get your insurance within 30 days by law?

Get another lawyer, he's obviously incompetent if he says he lost cases with insurance companies.

 

complain, complain, complain to everyone about how you have been inconvenienced that way if something is wrong with your car you had the I told you so card. Goodluck and sorry for your loss.

if u can get a new one, go for it but i doubt it unless the total amount of damage exceds an amount the insurance wont pay. I dont know how bad the damage but most likely from the way it sounds its not so just keep pushing and maybe even think about getting a lawer. Seems when u get one of them things tend to go/move alot faster. Just a thought, but it might work if u dont mind paying some $.

 

I got into a little bender today myself. Luckily I went with State Farm. I cannot express how professional, friendly, and speedy they were. Filing the claim took less time than a sheriff to arrive to the scene. In fact I called the sheriff, filed a claim, called the dealership, called for a tow, all before the police arrived. State Farm practically had all the details worked out with the dealership before I arrived with the car. Got the estimate later today, parts were ordered and I should be on my way in less than 2 weeks. I can't say enough good about this dealership and State Farm.

the thing was the other insurence is acecpting 100% liability i am not paying for any thing the only thing i am paying for is the greef i don't have my evo. i will post pics when i get my car back thanks to all

what happened to your car wingnut? some lady hit me goin 65-70 mph as i was turning into da dealership. she switched lanes cuz da outside lane stoped and let me go n there was no-1 in the inner lane a salesman saw it happen. he said he saw me in except me tail so there it is my story of a lifetime

 

Ice/roadsalt/cold tires into the back of another car at 10 FRIKIN mph. What's the latest on your ride? Totaled I assume? Time for an 05 or maybe drive a beater till the IX is released this fall. I've been playing Need For Speed Underground 2 lately and I get sad everytime a Lancer flies by now.

 

my car is not totaled, its getin fixed 6,000 is a rough estimate. i see 4 evos in my area of rhodeisland i drive home from a hards day of werk n see a grey mr, a red evo, a yellow one and my best friends white one. but i hope to be one of those evos i see. i'll post pics when i get it back.
