I was just wondering, I noticed today that I had some stains on my over flow for the radiator fluid, not much but enough to make me wonder...... The temp gauge has never been over half way but that guage aint very acurate. Any one else seen this happen. Again it wasent very much, but enough to see where the over flow jug was molded together..... Dont know if there is much of a diffrence but its a 05.

 

I have the same problem. I think the gasket on the coolant overflow tank is just a piece of $hit, and it leaks a little when coolant is splashing around.

My actual overflow line, (the rubber hose leading down) is still bone dry.

 

yeh, i've noticed that too. it needs a better o ring or something on the cap.

 

I've seen it, too. I noticed it a couple of months ago when I was detailing the engine. I haven't looked lately to see if it's back again, but like you the temp gauge on mine has never gotten up there. I second what GreedMoto said.....
