Still don't see the problem here..... Performance cars are stiff. No way around it. This isn't a Cadillac.. I did install Tein Stech springs and found the ride to be less "harsh" and smoother but still very stiff.

MR bilsteins are a little better. There's really nothing out there that will make the ride less harsh. The evo was the wrong car to buy if you wanted a smooth ride.

You went to get your wheel balance checked and they said its probably cause you have a stiff suspension? I dont' get it. Does the car vibrate at speed? Or is there no dampening when you go over a bump? You didn't give us enough info. Unless all you want is suspension, but that won't solve a wheel balance issue if you have one

I have driven many 03-04 evos and I currently have a MR and I can tell you that the MR suspension is only slightly softer, still a bumpy ride and my girlfriend still complains everytime I drive on the back roads.

First week of owning the MR my kidneys had to get used to the ride....lets just put it that way

and I have owned many cars with aftermarket suspension

Listen, as some of you may know me and my buddy are opening our own parts distributor, we will be carrying whiteline for both the wrx and the evo, and from what they have said, and SEVERAL wrx guys, this suspension is top notch, it competes in handling with the best of them ( ohlins, cusco zero2r's ) you name it, and it does not sacrifice your comfort. What makes their suspension so great is their lower spring rate, and bigger piston technology, VERY good, And Whiteline assures you that you will handle with the best coilovers you can purchase.. our contact compared it to the cusco zero2r in handling. So if you want look into them.. we will be a vendor on here shortly and we will offer these ( obviously on special order ) but we will sell the product.... ( mods don't be mad i'm not repping i'm just helping out with their question )
