Boost gauge Question

I have an MR, Which we all know has the Mitsu Gauge pack, can I tap into that boost line (which is behind the glove box)for my new Defi Boost gauge PSI?
instead of routing one from the engine bay. The mitsu gauge is connected to the FPR line.

because if I tap into it and then it doesnt read that accurate, I would have to replace that whole line, or is there a 2 sided tee, instead of the regular 3 end tee

the mitsu guage can be accurate... here's how u can check

- a stock evo boosts X amount -

- drive stock evo on freeway -

- boost in 3rd and 4th gear -

- record guage reading -

i did this and it proved that the stock guage is accurate. before i had a MBC it peaked at 19 then tapperd to 17
