Help Me! Big decision

Ok, Im looking at purchasing a '03 Evo and am faced with a huge decision. Ive found 2 cars I really like and cant choose, so I need some help. One has alot less miles but less mods, while one is modded pretty good but has a few more miles. They are both on the other side of the country so test drives are out of the question. Evos here are more expensive stock than back east with 5-10,000 worth of mods!!! Here is the comparison, any help or suggestions would be appreciated (or if anyone close could check them out for me Thanks!!

ww evo-Albany NY-23,000miles-carbon fiber hood, tein springs, boost gauge, Buscher 3" catback, Buscher intake, Buscher MBC, Apexi S-AFC, Forge BOV, Walboro fuel pump, Dynoflash, ACT clutch, Samco intercooler hoses.

silver evo-Naples Fl-9,500miles-Buscher intake, 3"RMR HKS exhaust, Cusco twin disc cluth, lightweight flywheel, Dynoflash, walboro fuel pump, Greddy TT package.

Both cars are $23,000 and shipping is gonna run me the same for either, thanks for any help guys!!!!!!!!

Easy...silver evo. It has less miles, competent but no wild upgrades. Plus with less mods you decide the path you want to take rather than someone else's.

here's some really good advice: do not buy without test driving. buy a plane ticket and fly out there to look at it first.

Definitely Naples Evo. Way less miles and it has comparible mods to the NY evo. It already has the exhaust and the clutch so you can mod whatever you want next.

Only problem is I don't really have the money or time to do that, trust me I much rather would. Anyone close to these that could check them out or maybe know of the cars/owners? Thanks for the advise.

Unless its a show car Id always get the one with less mods.

The amount of mods is usually a good indication on how hard the owner drives his vehicle.

Plus theres more satisfaction in modding it yourself.

One more thing to consider...

The florida car has prolly never seen snow/salt. Usually cars from the north have a good deal more rust underneath the car. Maybe not a huge factor, but something to look at...

Thumbs up

always pick the car with the fewest miles & have it (any turbo car) thoroughly inspected by TWO separate places b4 making your purchase.

im pretty sure you can call a mechanic in that area to go and do a checkup on the car and he will give you a full report, its better than flying out there then back i guess.
