Cheq out my Dyno Sheet! - Tuned by Turbo Trix

I got my car tuned by Turbo Trix back towards the end of December, but I never got around to posting up my Dyno sheet.

I j/remembered to do so, so here it is:

My mods at the time were:

- HKS 2.75" Stainless Steel Downpipe
- Ultimate Racing 3" High-Flow Cat (gutted)
- HKS Hi-Power 2.95" Catback Exhaust System
- HKS 272° Intake Camshaft
- HKS 272° Exhaust Camshaft
- ARP Headstuds
- Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
- Hallman Manual Boost Controller
- Greddy Type-S Blow-off Valve
- Custom Lower Intercooler Piping
- Vibrant Performance hoses (lower IC piping)
- TurboTrix ECU reflash

With those mods the car pulled 332whp and 343lb-ft tq

A few days later I installed a HKS RS Intake on the car (it was supposed to be on before the car got tuned, but shipping took forever). I duno how much the intake may have changed the numbers. I'm going to go back sometime soon and get a race gas tune with an S-AFC2 controller and get my current tune tweaked to compensate for the intake.

Anyways, let me know what you guys think

The dyno sheet looks good! I too wonder if the intake actually gains anything, given all the debates over stock airbox vs. aftermarket intake. Keep us updated, I'm really interested since my car have similar mods, makes similar #s, hey guess what it even looks similar.

I would go easy with it until you get it back on a wideband. It's probably running fairly lean in spots. Did you ask Turbo Trix about the fact that you put the intake on after the car was tuned?

What do you mean until I get back on a wideband?

Yea i told them I was going to install an intake after the tune, and they said it should be fine, if anything they will tweak the reflash that I have now to compensate for the intake, next time I come in to get my race-gas tune.

By "get back on a wideband," I meant hooking up a wideband O2 sensor so you can see if the car is running appropriate AFRs.

Did the flash help the idle with the 272s? Any CEL issues with those cams after the tune? Just curious.

Well I got the reflash done the same time i got the 272's installed so I never got to actually hear the idle with just the 272's and no reflash. Even after the reflash, sometimes it idles just like stock, otehr times it'll idle really roughly, but its not too bad, u get used to it heh. I personally like the rough idle, sounds mean

As for the CEL, since I have no cat, the CEL came up after a day of driving.

Spend $4.00 for the mechanical 02 sensor fix and you will have no CEL
