Was this Corey's car? The girl that did a jump and buckled the roof?

Here is the thread if it is the person I am thinking. I think she went through 7 clutches also!

You should seriously think about talking to a lawyer and get some legal advice.

Its set like most cars to come on when there is no oil pressure. If they set it to come on at say 4psi the light would trigger everytime you lug the car (no throttle only release clutch) in traffic, best thing to do is to get an aftermarket gauge, which is nicer anyway.

EvoVIII SFL,

Did she buy it from Billseidells Mitsubishi in Davie ?

If that is the girl then I'm sorry that you had to find out after the fact, that the car was beaten to death. Lots of clutches and took a beating from DAY 1..

Sorry some people just don't know how to take care of a car.

P.S. If its the famous evo we are all talking about DUMP IT.

Derek

im sorry...like that really does much for your situation. I think carfax has a buyback guarintee with their reports, I would look into that. I have had some real trouble with "shops" back with my 3000gt...the sad thing is it was my local mitsu taking random kids with HS auto shop knowlage. Good luck to you and hope it all turns out

Taking it to the shop tommorow that "fixed" the oil leaks in hopes they fix it.

Once its fixed that **** is gone.
