I can't fill the intercooler bottle to anymore than about 5 inches from the top. The liquid just runs out thru an overflow (or a crack in the plastic?). Is this normal or do you think I have a crack? I hate to think I'm going to return to the dealer for the first time under warranty for something like this.....

 

Many people have poste this, you can't fill it to the top. It's not a crack, it's normal.

Yea, its kind of like those holes in a sink so the water cant go to the top. Everyone has this.

 

^^ Yep, its just there so it doesn't overflow.
