Greddy Oil Temp block adapter?

I am looking into buying this. Can anyone out there who has one share their experiece/opinion of it? Do you have to use all the ports on it(I think there are 3)? Or do you just hook up the guage you want to use to the appropriate port? This wont be a quick instal for me, I am builing up the money to get the 3 guage pod and the guages, so hopefully it will be by the next oil change to do it all at once.

I have used it in the past but not on the EVO.

Nice unit, it comes with plugs for ports that you may not use (atleast it did for me).... great for oil temp probe etc.

I don't have one personally. But the oil filter placement on the EVO is relatively low. Adding the sandwich adaptor only drops the filter lower. It ends up around the height of the lower control arm.

There are a couple plugs people use to add sensors though on the oil filter/valve housing. I used one for my oil pressure gauge. The thread is 3/8 BSPT (aka 3/8 PT). NPT fittings will work though and this is what it seems most people use. I did after not finding any BSPT fittings that would work.

HTH.

What gauges are you using?

The Greddy Adaptor comes with 2 1/8" BSPT ports and an M12x1.5 port. That may or may not be comapatible with the senders you will have, so maybe another solution would work better for you.
