Question about car accident

If you read my other post you would have noticed I got hit tonite. My question is besdies taking it to a body shop to get fixed, how would any mechanical problems be fixed? I dont understand that part would they fix the body then send it to a mechanic? Cause from what it looks like at the least it looks like I need a new fmic, but its nighttime and I can see nothing and it could be more. Thanks in advance.

The body shop should be good enough to install any parts on your car short of engine work. So an FMIC shouldn't be any problem for them.

Almost all body shops perform mechanical repairs. You should be in good hands.

^^ ditto. If a body shop can't do the mechanicals, then they'll send it to someone who can.

My Evo is @ the body shop now and they are doing the FMIC, exhaust, Intake as well as the body work. Just find the right shop. I knew I was in good hands when I saw the owners 8 second camaro in one of the bays.

Find out where the Euro car dealers send their wrecked cars and take your car to that shop. That's what I did. If they can fix a 911 or an AMG (pickier owners than us) then they can fix an Evo.
