How do you remove stock sideview mirrors?

Hey wats up fellas?

Okay i KNOW there is a thread or 2 somewhere telling how to remove the sideview mirrors, but i've honestly been searching for the past 2 hours through sooo many threads to find those instructions again, i just can't seem to find 'em

So here I am making a new thread asking how do i remove the stock side view mirrors? I have a set of APR Formula GT3 mirrors that I want to install, but I need to take off the stock ones first.

If someone can tell me step by step how to take off the stock mirrors, or atleast point me in the right direction, i would really appreciate it.

Thank you

Quick and dirty way. Pop out the small triangular plastic piece just fwd of the drivers/passenger door window. After that, you can take out the 3 bolts, and disconnect the harness and voila' thats it.

Uhhh, if the stock mirrors are black shoot me a pm with a price.

How exactly do you "pop" the plastic piece off?

I'm just wondering if there's a certain technique to it,
i just wanna be safe, so i don't break anything...
