dealership service problems.........
ok so i take my car to the dealer on jan. 19 why? well 2nd gear was slipping out its under warranty now the thing is its been 4 weeks and i still dont have my car they called last week on thursday and told me it well be ready this monday but guess wut its already tuesday i go to dealer and the service writer tells me that nobodys been working on it but it should be ready by friday and not to worry cuz its free anyways i dont care if its free i want my car it should have been done 2 weeks ago when they got the parts! anyway does anyone know who i can complain to?

Damn. Another Jack-Off Mitsubishi Service Department. It's taking so long because it's under warranty and those fools are going to scrounge for any "real" work as long as possible. You see, they don't get paid as much when it's under warranty. I guess the only thing for you to do is to wait it out and make sure it doesn't happen again.

damn that sux...which dealership??? but yea they get paid to have the car in possesion for "repair"
did u get a loaner?
u can always talk 2 the service manager, or if that doesnt work...write to the owner and make sure u put,
"TO BE OPENED ONLY BY: Owners Name

I would contact the district rep and tell them you will lemon the car unless they cut you a check for a month of car payments.
(of course if the car is paid off you don't have that option)
