yeah in most states theres nothing that says they have to get retested, but there are certainly refresher courses like the one hosted by the AARP, "55 Alive." I did a report on this a few years back and i found out that after 65, peoples' vision can drastically reduce and perreferal vision can reduce to a narrow band of 20 degrees. That means instead of a 180 degree panoramic view, they see 20!
