you'll get lean spots, if you take your cover off.

Just like the vortex generator, the stock air box controls the turbulant ram air with little fins, so you'll get a better even flow of the air passing your MAF.

i'd like to check that sometime, but my evo runs great with it off and 3" vishnu turboback, and still warrantee.

Well its more than that your going to need a whole intake or a cone filter adapter because the way the maf is setup. Im selling an aem intake cheap if your looking for an intake!

I have the Turbosmart Dual Port BOV. It fits nicely and sounds cool. No idle problems so far.

Yes, he speaks the truth. Just the Bushur filter, with no tuning and no intake pipe, makes the BOV sound pretty loud. As loud as I'd ever want it.

No, it won't throw off your tune and you won't stall, unlike a VTA BOV. I had the Buschur filter for about 4 months before Al tuned my car and it was fine. It was still a little rich actually.

here's what you do.....undo the stock bov from recirculating into the intake. Cap/seal the intake opening and VIOLA.....ppphhhhhhsssssshhhh!!! then...{stumble}....{stumble}....{stall}......
