You just have to search through the threads, I know it's a long process, but all your questions will be answered. Check out the EVO Engine/Turbo/Drivetrain forum.

look im not gonna bash anyone i hate doing searches too but if you type in 350whp and you see what people have. now to answer your question 350 on stock cams is a bit of a challenge. i'd sugest and im not a expert but i do have a 350 whp plus evo, do a 3inch turbo back without a cat if you can or atleast a highflow. bigger fuel pump perferabliy a walbro and some bigger injectors like 660's or even 700's but i wouldnt go bigger. also what year is your evo because if its a 05 you already have 10.5 hotside on your turbo and that will also help you in the long run. next id get a boost controller and run like 22-23 psi on 100 octane or even race gas. a intake wont help to much but you can always try i did. the id get a good flash or a S-AFC controller or some kind of engine management then get it tuned and you might get close to 350whp but thats with race gas. you can always try some ignition stuff but id get cams over a new ignition setup. its cheaper and you get better gains with cams. good luck i would strongly suggest getting cams then youll get a solid 350whp

Turboback Exhaust, Intake, Flash, Bov , MBC 22 PSI , Clutch, Boost Gauge, Intercooler piping(lower), Arp Headstuds and Alcohol Kit and u should be there at 345-350 whp

If you dont want Alcohol kit then u need a full intercooler with piping cams camgears and race gas and you should be there.

the purpose for my thread was to find if any mod didnt work for you and would have done anything differently. Search is a good tool, i have searched it but it doesnt have what i was looking for. i could tell they are people on this thread that are helpful and some that have nothing else to do then bash.

thanks for the comments and suggestions.

buschur turbo back alone netted me 25WHP (from 230 to 255). 350whp will be almost impossible without cams or bigger turbo. I've now done almost everything I can outside of the engine (except bigger turbo) including tuning and I'm probably not even above 320...
