I like this. Finally a website where people are educated on reality
i.e., interest rates, investing etc. Most people only care about having the car but not dealing the important tings in life like if
any of us are really going to get SS? Anyways I think this topic
is good becuase it's making people think about it. It's a car, that's it. It happens to be my favorite hobby and I really enjoy the whole import scene and have for at least 10 years. And my wife backs me up 100%, how else would she let me sell my 7 month old WRX.

 

Tracer: More like you've found a thread with some people educated in reality. I don't think this thread is representative of what I've seen in the last year or more of lurking that I've been doing. Look around and you'll see people complaining about not buying the Evo because it doesn't come with silly feature X or Y, not because they can't afford insurance or the car payment. In reality those people were all talk and were never going to buy the car in the first place.

I agree though, this is a good thread. One of the better ones I've read in a while.
