I don't care what they say,

OEM fluid is cheap
Does a perfectly good job
Is backed by the people who made the car.

Sounds like a no brainer to me.

It was a tad low on plutonium, so I topped it off. Don't think that was it though.

Ah good to hear you topped it off......hopefully that solves it.

Well sound started again today. I know now it is the T-case. Talked to RRE and TTrix again. Both agreed about what was going on. I have not been to track in 6 months, this started with normal driving conditions, no launches at all,not ever on the street. Dropping it off at Mitsu. on thursday, has been a great dealership so far, we'll see what happens.

Ok well I got the car back, tech drove it twice, through curves, zig zagging back and fourth, to see if car responded funny, I drove it with him, no noise at all, totally normal operation. This noise has onlt ever happened in snow/ice. What he did find was that it looks like my driveshaft is rubbing on the o2 bung on my Ultimate Racing test pipe. He beleives this is what was causing the sound and vibration. I have to get up under there to check it out. So I am not totally convinced all though I do feel better.
