Like someone said, it's up to you. Having said that, I'm not a big fan of the MR (don't like the wheels, heavy 6 speed and the softer suspension). I love the EB Evo's but are you sure you want leather in the cold Chicago winters? Brrrrrrr!

You should just weigh the options on which you like more. Personally I'd go with the MR but I might be biased because I own one.
Leather vs. Cloth
Sunroof vs. Aluminum roof
5spd vs 6spd
Enkei vs BBS
Blue vs. Red, Grey, Blue
And of course other small things like limited production of the MR and different shocks/struts.

What price are they letting you have the EB for. The MSRP is like 1K less than the MR. I prefer the leather to the cloth seats. But if they arent coming doing on the EB I say get the MR cause its a better deal and probably better resale. Also they arent making Graphite Gray next year on the IX so it might be rarer than the EB in the future.

MR

unless you really like the sunroof and leather seat. btw, I think the MR will hold a better value over another one.
