Evo Video!!

Hey guys...I have a friend who had to do a quick film for a class in college and thought I would help him out. I think it came out pretty well and thought I would share it with you guys. With that being said I already know the following so please refrain from trying to flame me or the guy that made the video.

1. I know my car could have been cleaner, I detail cars and it drives me crazy that the weather sucks so bad around here.
2. I know I could have done a lot crazier driving, but the area and traffic conditions did not allow for better shots.
3. Yeah its kinda corny, but once again it was for some guys school project and I wanted a DVD of my car.
4. well i think thats it..lol enjoy.

I have 2 versions...the only differences are basically the music and some of the order fo the shots.

Video 1

Vid 2

Enjoy....let me know which song you like better with the video too...he can't decide which to use.

back of car set by RRE. The ride height off the ground is actually lower in the front than the rear....optical illusion with the wheel well.

Dont take this personally, but I thought it was horrible. Nice car, but jesus, they need to toss your friend out of film school. And techno music is ridiculous, I cant stand it, maybe thats why I thought it was bad. But seriously I was going to throw up like the whole movie, even the still shots were shaken like he must have been as a baby.

But hey, if everyone liked everything all the time, we would never know what sucked

42 Draft Designs Gauge kit with VDO gauges. As far as the music and stuff goes...not much I can really do about it....not my project. The camera was something that was rented out through teh school with some ****ty little tripod...I think with better equipment better results could have been yielded...plus it didn;t help that we have a fairly consistent 20mph wind

Also I can't take anything personal regarding the video...all I did was drive and do the stuff he told me to do...he did the rest.

Not a big difference in music, but if I had to choose, I'll pick the second one. As you stated it's not your project, but there was little if any continuity of shots. Only occasionally did the music match the intensity of the film. Tell him nice try.

Having said that...I wish I had a video of my BBY Evo. Lucky B--tard!

They looked like VDO gauges.
BTW the drop in the rear is way to low.

-2.0 degree in the front....-1.5 in the rear with a 16th inche toe in (rear).

As yes I appreciate the comments and the rear being too low, but that's what road race engineering set it at....I paid them to tune the suspension. From what I hear they know a thing or 2 about Evo suspension setups.....my handling is insane.
