Broken bolt stuck in motor mount...

i overtorqued the bolt holding the power steering line i believe onto the left motor mount and the other half of the bolt is stuck in there, what can i do to get it out?

go to the hardware store and buy an "easy out" specifically made for stuff like this...kind of a pain to use, but it works

torch it, then drill it, put a smaller screw in it, turn it.

or what that other guy said.
