my 2003 evo has been to the dealer 3 times now for low to non existant idle until my engine is at operating temps, then it runs just fine
and they have failed 3 times
1st time they said it was the iac motor and replaced it, didnt fix anything

2nd time they said there was absolutly nothing wrong with my car and reflashed the ecu, didnt fix anything

3rd time they said my fuel pressure regulator was leaking and they put a new one in
and reflashed me for the p0300 fix (never had a p0300 code), didnt fix anything

so now its going back in monday morning and i am not taking it back until it is fixed
im ready to ruin this car with my ANGER

sorry

It's a 2003 car.....If I'm not mistaken, I think there's a time limit on the Lemon Law i.e. the fault has to repeat itself 3 or 4 times (?) and remain unrectified by the dealer within "x" months of purchase....not "x" years.

It depends on what state you live in. Here is a website that has a full text for lemon laws that pertain to the state you live. www.thelemonlaws.com

Good luck.

Looks like the Lemon Law only applies for the first 12 months after the new vehicle purchase in Chicago(ish) land.
