AUTOCROSSERS - Best way to limit EVO understeer?

Any sway bars out there? Which ones are proven?

CCW recommends wider wheels up front than on back?

Also, taking advice on strut braces in previous thread.

see the competition>motorsport thread. 2 degrees of negative camber up front, will definitely help and about the only thing legal in stock class. if you want to run street prepared,a stiffer rear anti-roll bar (cusco, hotchkiss, etc) will definitely help the car rotate.

Raise the rear tire pressure as well.

Negative Camber up front is the cheapest way to limit understeer. Don't drive so fast into the corner is another way. Slow in - fast out.

I run Kumho victoracer V700's at 41psi front, 39psi rear. Have max camber in front (-1.7degrees or so), and about 1degree in the rear. Stock suspension. It rotates quite nicely upon throttle lift.

The cheapest and the best way to cure understeer is simply to drive better! Smoother inputs from the steering and pedals, combined with earlier actions is the best way to go!!

It's going to be hard to cure entry understeer with aligmnent settings in stock class. As I also learned last weekend, the Evo needs to be babied into the low speed corners, but you can hammer it coming out. Trail brake into the faster sweepers and there will be no understeer.
