Definately good driving. The roads aren't quite as narrow as they look in the in car shots though. That camera angle makes them look a little bit narrower.

I don't know about the corner at the end. The icy road probably helped him slide that far but I have never seen anything like that before, even in the WRC. I think maybe it was partly by accident? He must have very good control but he was at 90 degrees to the road and if he hit a patch of slightly grippier road (even with 1 wheel in the AWD cars) he would have started to go straight ahead (off the road). Maybe it was all driver skill but I think it might also have been a bit of luck.
