alrite dude. first of all, we have all been new to the game at some time so dont be put off. also alot of the time the people in the know are not always on these sites as they have other (read better) things to be doing, like building mad cars with other pepoles cash

i know when i started to get intersested i just looked what others put and tried to take it in. there is a hell of a lot of info on this site (and others like it) so try and use it. dont go with what the first person tells you as being right. see what other have to say. also dont be scaried of new things or to say what you feel, this is how the game moves on. also PLEASE dont diss other cars just coz they are not EVOs. its not big and not clever. and you never know, their car may have something that could be used to make yours faster!!!!!!

also try this site. www.lancerregister.com what us brits do and has some very interesting stuff.

thanks Chris.

I learned what parts do on a car from just being on the forums...well I had a head start (pretty big one...I knew what everything in an engine did by age 12 ...I'm 16 now) on a few other forums before evom.net, such as clubrsx.com and newcelica.org, but none the less going to the engine and turbo forums on any site helps teach you about the functions of all the parts. How stuff works is really good too... but nothing beats reading people argueing over the internet about parts they can't get an opinion on. I think Kwman hit it on the spot.
So, go ahead and get over to Evo Engine/Turbo/Drivetrain and start reading, becuase ti may take some time to find those certain threads you need...honestly I can be on for hours
before I get what i'm after.
