he still lives next to me. now he has a bmw race car and a toyota corolla(i think it's a corolla) race car(which i think is the only one in CA or maybe the US.) and he just got his new lotus elise delivered yesterday. i just sat in it. it's...awesome.

driving my buddy's evo 6 back in high school, and that WAS the fastest car i've ever driven, but not anymore

 

Quite some time ago really, I just didn't understand what it was. When I was younger, I was more into supercars, and didn't read a lot about more "mundane" cars.

 

my drive way, a friend of mine purchased one in 03, i was very impressed...

 

oooh...i was probably the lucky one. I grew up in Hong Kong and have seen evo's since sooo long time ago. I remember the first time i saw evo, it was an evo 3 on a freeway, and i was in my dad's volvo...... i asked my dad why didn't he buy those type of cars, my dad told me "No son, those are ticket attractors, and that car has small interior, my head would be touching the ceiling all the time and our family won't be sitting as confortable as we are now" My dad is like 6 feet tall and our family has 4 members + a house keeper who goes out with us too.
