I am offended. i liked the article all the way to the end, where they start talking ish about the evo. They start the article off bang for buck, and the car that has the most straight line and all around performance and rate it a 6...wtf.

there only rating the cars on "cool factor" which dosent make sense for a bunch of old men drive these cars around and determine which one is "cooler"

I give this thread 24 hours to be at 5 pages worth of excuses on how the magazine is either biased, full of old men, or that they got a dog EVO from the factory.

actually its the cool factor of 6 , but the author Arthur St. Antoine is smoking something. giving the ugly mustang a 10 as being the coolest car out of the bunch....

Yea, and giving the R32 a cool rating of 9.....they must be smoking the pot. Who cares what they say, all I know is that I love my EVO!

have driven an R32 and they are very cool cars. The interior is amazing, and the sound they make is damn fine. That being said I still wouldn't take it over my evo.

Basically, the author likes the Mustang the best, followed by the R32, 350Z, Evo, and SRT-4, in that order, regardless of performance. Pointless article if you ask me.

I'm surprised at the braking #'s. I thought the Evo would have the shortest dist 60-0, but IIRC it wasn't that great.

I think it was a good article. Yes, the EVO is the best performer, but not even close to the best looker. Check out what the masses think (non Evo/Sti owners) and you will find that they rate the "cool" factor similar to the magazine. Ask an EVO owner and guess what you will find!
