**another EVO MR guage question**

how do you read the EVO MR PSI guage anyway??

It's not a PSI gauge, it's a pressure/vacuum gauge. For some reason it's got different units for pressure and vacuum, and I can't remember what they are.

I don't think the gauge is accurate enough to worry to much about the values it displays--it's more useful for determing things like when you're on boost, when the boost peaks, etc.

Actually, I got an 03 with the gauge kit in it thats the same the MR has and I just put a boost gauge in my car last week. The factory gauge was dead one which also surprised me a bit.

The boost gauge is measured in bar as opposed to psi. The conversion factor is 14.508 psi:1 bar. If us Americans weren't so stubborn, we would always use this form of measurement. IMHO, the metric system is far more practical than the lame system we use. Just my opinion
