ugly blue evo 8
This is the same blue car:

It's gonna be one of those colors that looks a little different in direct light.
BTW, I believe the Bryan Arnett referred to in the Autoweek article is actually themothership on our site

“We developed the Evo 8 with one overriding criterion, and that’s performance,” says Arnett. “The car was developed for enthusiasts who don’t want compromise* (see footnote below) in their vehicle. That was the target.”
- Bryan Arnett, product strategy manager at Mitsubishi.

You'll be hard pressed to convince me that either ACD/AYC or a 6-speed have anything to do with pure "performance".
A 6-speed isn't going to give you any quicker acceleration. On a race track, it's just going to mean you're shifting more often... and you'll never see sixth gear.
I can live with a few MPG less on the highway for less money and less weight.

ACD / AYC seem like pretty cool electronic gizmos, but I'm not concerned about not getting them... the few Euro owners on here who actually own an Evolution doesn't seem to miss not seeing them on the VIII...
I agree.... seems like the same people keep on *****ing and *****ing and *****ing..... Tear it up sports would make someone a great wife.
(just pissing around Tear....but jesus... you have posted the same **** 100 times and you probably won't feel a bit of difference in the car anyway)

The Altezzas look like **** period. I think Evo VII rear lights are gonna sell like hotcakes. I really don't think the blue will be bad. Even the Evo VII's French Blue can look ugly in the wrong light... seems the same with this blue as well.
