At first all Mitsus literature said 14" even on their website. One day I was on the site and i was printing the specs out and my friend told me they changed it to 12.65. As soon as I hit the refresh button, the number changed from 14" front to 12.65 and 12" rear to 11.8. I think it was always meant to be 12.65. Usually a company hires one firm to do all their marketing (website, booklets, ads, etc) and it looks like they made a typo or made an error when converting from metric (320mm) to inches.

Having seen 3 in person now, with the latest being today, I can tell you that the brakes are bigger than most anything I've seen...
