Bought and installed the B&M short at 40% reduction. Also bought and installed the kartboy linkage bushings.

Don't know if I have to break it in or I did something wrong but the shift seems VERY stiff and stil a bit on the sloppy side. Also, there seems to be a squeek AND a grind in 1st and 2nd.

Seems as tho everyone else was happy with the install. Tell me I did something wrong.

did you use the grease on the shifter, you have to put it on the shifter ball on the bottem of the shifter where it sits in the plastic mount.
