EVO coupe (pics up)

hey peeps, just writing to inform u of whats goin on wif my mirage. i am currently in the middle of transplanting a 4G63 Evo 5 engine into my coupe, running FWD. just need my headers and exhaust made up and she'll be runnin. lookin at around 300hp at the front wheels

Nice...hopefully, you have also upgraded your suspension....even so, I guess you will have a serious torque steer problem..

looks great, but why do you need headers made up? looks to me like the turbo manifold is already there.

yeah the manifolds there, but the turbo is in the way of the starter motor, so i need a custom one to lift the turbo up a bit to fit the starter motor

I know a guy that did the same thing by putting a turbo 4g63 into his mirage... the only problem he had was going through tires all the time.. the car seriously hauled ***.... and it was a turbo eclipse motor, not an EVO, so I'm sure that one will be a killer as well...
