front license plate

front license plate

how do i get that entire peice off from the front? i know there is a 10mm bolt that is right there. but the other peice looks like it is bolted on the inside, behind the mesh? sorry for my n00bness.

Just take it to the dealer if you're having a hard time. The mechanics should remove it for free.

EDIT: Unless of course it's illegal in your state.
