thanks for the info. and for as i know i know that the evo 1 and 2 isnt awd unless that what i read im not really sure on the 3.

you dont have to have your parents register the car. As long as the car is registered in the same household as your moms policy.

I am 24 years old, 2003 EVO 8 GSR and I pay ~$80/month for full coverage with StateFarm

what is this talk of non-awd evos? ALL evos since the first have been AWD. Somewhere around 1990, Mitsubishi engineers took the Galant VR-4 AWD drivetrain and shoved it into the lighter Lancer chassis, along with the same 4g63 engine (improved) and gearbox. Hence, Lancer Evolution. AWD from day 1.

Pick the right agent, dont have points and youll have decent insurance prices.

not sure why everyone else seems to have high insurance... I pay 165 full coverage.. only 7 bucks more a month than my old civic. I'm 21 so isn't the age... I go through progressive....
